Outdoor Spot Pricing

Standard Parking Lot spot: $10 per spot

Pull-through spots (South side): $20 per spot

Main meal food trucks: $20 (must be approved in advance)

Reserved spots available

Please contact us to make payment

No refunds on reserved spots although we will move to another day…


Check-In & Setup

Check-in begins at 7 or 8 AM (depending on Summer / Winter hours)

No early check-ins

Please form a line on the Southeast side of the building at the cones (by the Gold van). No reservations required for Sunday outdoor selling. Once paid, staff will help place you in your spot. You must provide your own tables, displays, and setup material.

We can accommodate 100+ outdoor sellers


Vehicles & Safety (Very Important)

NO Vehicles allowed down the main aisle once the market opens at 10 AM. This is a public safty issue and is not negotiable

If a customer is picking up large items: Notify the Market Manager. Vehicles must be walked in / out by staff. Customers may not drive down the main aisle for pickups.


Generators, Smoking, and Conduct

Vehicles may not run during the market
Generator use is only allowed in the truck & trailer section

NO Smoking: in your space or in the market area

NO Smoking within 10 feet of the front door

Designated Smoking Areas: North & South ends of the parking lot


Leaving Early

You may leave before close

Exit along the west side (same area as check-in)

If you plan to leave early, let us know at check-in so we can place you closer to the exit

No driving where customers are walking


What You Can Sell

This is a true flea-market-style event. We accept all types of sellers – artists, business, resellers, and more


You are responsible for

Keeping your space clean, clutter free, and trash free. Cleaning up before and after you leave. Please keep non-family-friendly items covered.

Any non-selling activities must be approved ahead of time

Failure to check in may resul in refusal to participate


Tents & Canopies — Allowed If

They fit within your paid space. They are properly weighted.

Woodshed Market is not responsible for accidents or damage


Market Etiquette

If an issue arises, contact the Market Coordinator

Be mindful of neighboring sellers

Creating a positive environment helps everyone succeed


Promotion Rules

Cross-Promotion is allowed within limits:

You may promote your events within your own space

You make speak with other spellers as long as the event does no conflict with The Woodshed Market

You are not recruiting sellers for a conflicting event


Not Allowed

Non-sellers going booth-to-booth promoting events – If this occurs contact the Market Manager immediately

Adult oriented items that are able to be seen by a child – WE ARE A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior, in accordance with Kansas State law.

Your taxes

Any damage or injury related to your space

The Woodshed Market is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses involving sellers, helpers, or customers
